Our management fees vary based on whether you need long-term rental management or short-term vacation rental management. Contact us for a detailed quote specific to your property. We’re transparent about all fees upfront — no hidden costs.
For long-term rentals (30+ days), no special license is required. For short-term vacation rentals (under 30 days), you need either a Nonconforming Use Certificate (NUC) or a Transient Accommodation Tax license depending on your property location and zoning. We help you navigate the legal requirements.
We enforce all lease terms firmly. If rent is late, we immediately begin collection efforts. If non-payment continues, we initiate Hawaii’s legal eviction process and keep you informed every step of the way. Unpaid rent is rare with proper tenant screening.
